• Email is the preferred method of contact, and will be answered in the quickest timeframe. No orders or quotes will be given over the phone.
   

• Initial emails are typically responded to within 7 days.
   

• 50% non-refundable deposit is needed to confirm your booking and hold your date. The remainder of the balance is due 2 weeks prior to event.
   

• Until deposits are received, all bookings are first come first serve. Just because we have communicated briefly about your order does not mean the date is confirmed.
   

• At this time there is a $100 minimum for all orders.
   

• Buttercream and ganache cakes only. Fondant free and proud!
   

• Delivery is available within Miami-Dade for an additional fee. Outside of Miami-Dade within South Florida comes with a surcharge.

Be advised our sweets are not made in a nut-free kitchen. Though we do our best to keep all our allergens separate, we do produce products in the same kitchen that contain dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and nuts. We cannot 100% guarantee that there aren’t traces of these elements within our kitchen.
